"I wasn’t expecting much, but the delivery did..."
I wasn’t expecting much, but the delivery did show up on time. Nothing really went wrong, so I guess I can’t complain. It was mostly reliable, which is more than I can say for some others.

"Sizing just did not work for me"
I really wanted to like these, but the fit was just... off. I ordered my normal size and the top was tight around the arms but somehow loose at the waist, which was kind of confusing. The pants were also way longer than I expected, like I'd definitely need to hem them or something. The material seemed fine, so it’s not like the whole thing was bad, but the sizing made it hard to actually wear. Maybe the size chart could use more details because... yeah. Just a little frustrating overall.

"Shipping was way faster than I expected"
I ordered from finesse.us and the shipping was a lot quicker than I thought it would be. I was expecting to wait a bit longer, like with most online orders, but the package showed up fast. The tracking updated normally too, so I wasn’t left wondering where it was or if it had even shipped yet. Everything went smoothly from the order to the delivery, and I didn’t run into any issues at all. Overall, I’m happy with how fast it got here.

"Quick replies from support"
I had to reach out to finesse.us support because there was a small issue with my order, they got back to me faster than I expected. I was kinda ready to wait a while, but nope, it was quick.

They answered my question clearly and didn’t turn it into some big complicated thing. Just simple, helpful support, and yeah, I’m happy with how it went

"Cool styles, but a bit hit or miss"
I really like the designs overall, they look cool, really cool. That said, a few pieces feel a little too bold for my taste, so it’s kind of hit or miss for me...

I don’t really get the complaints, because for the quality, this is definitely worth the money. It’s not pretending to be some luxury product, but it does the job well and feels like a solid deal to me

"Pretty good stock, but the wait was annoying"
I was happy they actually had my size in the top I wanted, because that’s been hard to find at other stores. A few of the colors were already sold out, which was a little disappointing, but overall their stock was better than most places I checked. The only frustrating part was having to wait longer than expected to get help/check out.

"Return went through, but I didn’t feel totally confident"
I returned a dress to finesse.us and did eventually get my refund, so it worked out in the end. But it took longer than I thought it would, and customer service wasn’t exactly quick to respond. They did answer, but I’m always a little suspicious when support takes a while because you never really know if they’re actually handling it or just stalling. Not a terrible experience, but the return process could definitely be smoother.

I had a really smooth time shopping on the site. It was easy to browse around, find what I needed, and move through checkout without any confusion.

I’m grateful it was such a hassle-free experience, entering my info and paying was simple, and everything went through without any issues. I’d definitely be happy to shop here again

"Better quality than I expected"
I was a little unsure at first, but the clothes actually feel really nice. The fabric is soft and comfortable, and the stitching looks well done. They’re not anything overly fancy, but for the price, the quality feels solid and I’m happy with them.
